The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of the production plan by operating milling and related equipment with high accuracy. The role focuses on achieving required productivity levels, maintaining product quality according to established standards, and minimizing fuel and energy consumption. The Mill Operator will also ensure the continuous availability of kiln and grinding materials to support smooth and reliable plant operations.
