The role is
responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support by
managing daily office operations, coordinating schedules and communications,
organizing meetings and travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth flow of
information while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and
professionalism.

Manage and organize the
calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and coordinate
various documents, presentations, and reports as required.

Handle all incoming and
outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and phone calls), ensuring timely and
accurate responses.

Arrange and coordinate
meetings, conferences, and special events.

Record and manage meeting
minutes professionally and efficiently.

Gather data and assist in
compiling reports and presentations.

Maintain strict
confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proactively prioritize and
manage tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.

Collaborate effectively
with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and
follow-ups.

Bachelor’s degree.
·
3–5 years of proven
experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
·
Age between 25 and 35
years.
·
Professional appearance and
presentation.
·
Fluency in English, both
written and spoken.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
·
Proficiency in Microsoft
Outlook and professional email correspondence.
·
Excellent verbal and
written communication and interpersonal skills.
·
Strong presentation skills,
with the ability to deliver clear and engaging content.

Excellent organizational,
