ASEC Engineering, in collaboration with the German University in Cairo, has launched a comprehensive Leadership Development Program aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities and enhancing the skills of high-potential managers across the organization.
The program brings together talented managers from all ASEC projects, including headquarters and project in Egypt and overseas. It reflects ASEC’s strong commitment to talent development, leadership excellence, and human capital investment, ensuring a sustainable pipeline of future leaders.
Structured through a series of integrated modules, the program focuses on key areas such as strategic management, business acumen, communication skills, team leadership, and decision-making.
